Basketball is an incredible sport on so many levels, and it's imperative that the fundamentals are coached and practiced correctly from the offset. Each training session is devised to give our Spartans the most amount of time possible handling a basketball, whether they are a complete beginner or an experienced player. We focus on recognising faults children make (fault recognition) and instantly correct these faults (fault correction) making our players improve at a faster rate. When you train as a Spartan, you will always be active! Those who join us become part of the 'Spartans family' - we look after each other, encourage one another and work as a team no matter what your level, age or experience.
